Since I wrote this blog po...I'm glad you asked. Since I wrote this blog post, I've added ground mushroom powder to ground turkey, to make it taste like beef. I have found, the ground mushroom powder helps retain moisture. You don't need oats, at all. Just look up my post "how to make ground turkey taste like beef". If you follow my facebook page, i did a video about a juicy burger. It was using the fortified turkey. Try it!
