I am obsessed with the Banana Flavored Milk recipe, I created. Here is a spinoff recipe, that incorporates the banana milk. Banana smoothie! This is great for breakfast or dessert.
This is the nutritional breakdown, for the Banana Smoothie. Carb to protein is balanced. If eaten, as breakfast, 28 carbs is low. If you wanted to increase the fiber, you could add a fiber supplement. Lots of nutrition: potassium, vitamin a, vitamin c, and calcium.
BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup ice
1 Cup Banana Flavored Milk (see recipe)
1/2 Cup non fat plain yogurt
1/4 Cup Great Value Sugar Free Heavy Whipped Cream
Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream.
