My daughter came for a visit, and brought this recipe. It was an opportunity to get in the kitchen with her, and my granddaughter, Iris. I got to share some measuring tips with Iris. Then, Iris led a demonstration. She even told a joke. It was a fun time.

MICHELLE'S PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups quick oats
3/4 Cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 Cup unflavored protein powder
1/4 Cup peanut butter powder
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/3 Cup honey
1/4 Cup water
1 Cup chocolates (M&Ms, mini morsels, chocolate candy)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry ingredients, in a large mixing bowl. Incorporate wet ingredients.
Shape into balls. Makes 24 golf ball sized protein balls.
